Why use a flat phono preamp? Traditional analog preamps provide only one fixed RIAA EQ curve that is only as accurate as the analog components used to make the preamp. With our flat phono preamp, the RIAA EQ is realized much more accurately via the DSP algorithms built into DCart. In addition to a higher level of audio performance, our flat phono preamp provides the versatility of 5 common pre-amplifier EQ curves along with 38 less common EQ curves when used in conjunction with the Virtual Phono Preamp by way of its EQ presets.
