Distant & Muffled Forensics Clarifier

Here is a Forensics clarifier filter (for use with the Forensics8 Multifilter) that is useful in situations where there are multiple speakers located far from the recording microphone and having hard surface acoustical reflections (in a place like a prison). It is only for use with Diamond Cut Forensics version 8.0 or higher.
