Presets downloading/importation problems?

If anyone is having presets downloading or importation problems, please report them under this thread. Please articulate as much detail as possible so that we can attempt to put together a clear picture of the situation on our end. That will help us to diagnose any problems in that regard.

Vacuum Tube Presets

I've downloaded them to my c drive desktop, unable to install them in DC6. My specific steps:1)Download presets to desktop.
2)Open DC6 3)Edit 4)Manage presets 5)Open Archive-All Presets appear in the left pane. 6)Multifilter in left pane highlighted revealing the multi-presets.
Pressing "open preset" to no effect.

Hi Dan,
did so & nothing happens, the preset archive pane remains blank, nothing gets installed.
