Patch to version 3.12 won't apply

Hi there,

I am using DCart 32 3.09. Being highly annoyed with the "corrupted file" problem in this version I have tried applying the 3.12 patch. It won't work...Anyone have any suggestions? Am considering reinstalling program at this point.
