I'm certain this has been covered before and is probably a really stupid question, but what are the PKF file created when you use DCART32?

Re: PKF files
.pkf are what we call peak files. They are samples of the waveform representing the waveform on a sampled basis for the display graphics. Each wavefile has an attendent .pkf in Diamond Cut software. This makes re-loading a wavefile fast, since the software will not have to re-calculate a peak file each time you open a wavefile."Who put orange juice in my orange juice?" - - - William Claude Dukenfield
