Problem opening .flac file

Hi,
I get the error message 'An error occurred writing to the file xxx. The disk may be full or the file permissions may be incorrect' when trying to open a .flac file in DCart11. Any suggestions please?

It sounds like a corrupted flac file and or a corrupted install of the software. Re-download the software and install that demo over the existing version of 11 and see what happens.
