Some folks are shocked when they learn that their 15 year old Diamond Cut Software is no longer supported. Here is the written support policy for our software products as found on our website:
"We include one year of free support on all Diamond Cut Productions software products. Support starts from the date of purchase or paid upgrade of the product. Additional support contracts are available for purchase. Please contact Diamond Cut Productions for details."
Note: it is not reasonable to expect that we will provide free support for 15 year old products, especially considering the changes in operating systems that happen from time to time which are beyond our control. We always provide an upgrade pathway from old software to new versions and they are discounted.
