DCArt10.7x has recently been introduced. It has some new features (an interactive record restoration wizard) as well as roughly 30 new presets. The CDDB has also been restored. You can find it here:

I currently have DCart 10.6
Tried to install DCart 10.7 and it fails. Says I already have a newer version
on my windows 10 computer

Ok - uninstall the previous version first. Then, download the DCart10.7x version and install it. Your registration will remain intact.
