Setting DCart10 as Default Music Program in Win10

The question came up as to what is involved in setting up DCart10 as the default music program in Win10. One of our customers found out how to do it. Here is what he (Mr. R. Chutter) wrote:

Protocol for Establishing DCart10 as the Default Music Program in Windows 10:

Go to the Control Panel / Programs / Default Programs / Set Associations

"Associate a file type or protocol with a program (i.e. make a file type or protocol always open a specific program)"

Select: ".wav"

Select and Insert: DCart10


This procedurre removes Microsoft Groove Music or Windows 10 Media Player as the Default Music program and replaces it with DCart10.
