Left/Right and L/R buttons

Left/Right and L/R buttons

The L/R and L and R buttons are active until I open a stereo WAV file, then they are grayed out. They have worked in the past, allowing me to edit one channel or the other, but I have flailed around for 45 minutes trying to get the active to no avail. Suggestions?

Hi,

You need to set your soundcard driver preferences to WDM drivers rather than MME drivers. This selection is found under the Edit/Preferences/Soundcard menu.
