Where Do The Problem Reports Go ?

I have had a couple of program crashes...manly when I try to use the Virtual Preamp Setting and change settings while the preview is running.

When the program crashes with the " DC7 Got an Error and do you want to send an error report ?" message, I usually say yes and send it out.

Are the error reports received ? Do they Help ?

I wil look into the VPA crashing. Changing while running is probably the issue.

Don't bother with sending the error reports. They go to Microsoft and disappear into the wild northwest.

Well.....

Well, I had though that the error reports somehow went to Diamond Cut. Guess that I fell into the trap of thinking that the Microsoft Message looked "Official" and that something would happen....

Well, learn something every day.
