Are these bugs?

Does anyone else see this odd behaviour in version 7.15?
At random time the whole DC7 window will flash like it is refreshing.
I don't remember DC6 doing this.

Also there is a selection called preview from here if you right click on the wave form. It doesn't do anything and I haven't found any info on it.

Any info on either item would be appreciated.

I have never seen any random flashing, so I am not sure what is going on there.

You must have a filter or effect open in order to "Preview from Here". If there are none open, it will not function.

With regard to the "preview from here" option -- If you haven't used a filter and want to preview the effects of that filter, you will probably want to use the "play from here" option.

Actually I have been hoping for something like the "Preview from here"
feature. Thanks a lot for the feature and how to use.

Concerning the random DC7 window refresh it looks like it may have been
the 6.2 version of Intellipoint for my microsoft mouse. I uninstalled the software and it seems to have gone away.
