Spectrogram Enhancement for 7.0

After using the Spectrogram function, I believe that a useful feature would be a display of frequency when the user clicks on a point on the spectrogram.
This would allow precise identification of observed frequency components in the waveform.

Good idea; we are considering doing that and also, perhaps showing the amplitude of the signal at the click point.
