5400 Series TTL Chips in large quantity on Original Rails

For sale is a very large quantity of the 5400 Series of TTL chips (NOS) of various configurations. These are the wider temperature range TTL chips that operated at a wider temperature range than the standard 7400 series ICs and were made on ceramic substrates rather than epoxy based.
