Description: These are two 5692 tubes removed from the same home-brew stereo amplifier; they were the driver stage for 4 EL-34/6CA7 Power Pentodes. These tubes are medium Mu, dual triodes with an octal base and are ruggadized (low microphonic sensitivity) versions of the more common type 6SN7. They are made by RCA and are of the Red Base type having Black Plates, which are highly sought after. They were tested for emissions on a Precision "Tube Master" series 10-12 and have the following emission readings (all of which are in the middle of the green "Good" range of the tester):
Tube 1, Triode 1: 63
Tube 1, Triode 2: 65
Tube 2, Triode 1: 69
Tube 2, Triode 2: 67
