Sometimes users may have issues running DCart or DCForensics. Often this can result in errors and crashes that are hard to debug. Setting the program to run as an Administrator can often fix this problem. Here is the procedure to set the program to run as an administrator.

• Select the program Icon on the desktop (DCart or DCForensics) and right click on it to bring up the context sensitive menu.
• Select the bottom menu item “Properties” and you should see this dialog box

Click on the Advanced Button and select the “Run a administrator” checkbox

Click OK and start the program.
